- ARE ALL CB3 ROBOTS AFFECTED BY THIS SAFETY NOTICE?
NO, only SOME UR3, UR5 and UR10 models with the following Serial Numbers have been affected:
UR3 serial numbers:

UR5 serial numbers:

If your robot isn’t identified in the serial numbers list above, the robot is in good shape to work without any safety concerns.
- WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT IN CASE MY ROBOT IS WITHIN THE SN LIST?
Contact you local UR distributor which has sold the robot that is within the SN list, they will receive a spare part of the approved current distributor spare part to be able to replace it.
- IS THE CURRENT DISTRIBUTOR THAT UR IS SENDING, AS SPARE PART, NEEDED TO BE PAID?
No, the approved spare part will be sent by UR free of charge directly to your local UR Distributor which has provided you the robot within the SN list.
- WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
Directly call your local UR Distributor if your robot is within the affected serial numbers.
- WHO SHOULD EXECUTE THE SPARE PART EXCHANGE?
Your local UR Distributor will be instructed and has the training and capabilities to perform and execute the exchange. Contact them to plan the next steps as soon as possible.
6. HOW TO REPLACE THE CURRENT DISTRIBUTOR IN CASE MY ROBOT IS AFFECTED?

No, please refer to the video so you know how to perform the current distributor replacement.
8. SHOULD THE CURRENT DISTRIBUTOR BE REPLACED IN CASE MY ROBOT SERIAL NUMBER IS NOT IN THE LIST?
No, you don't need to worry. No action is needed.
