It is recommended to always update to latest version of the software, as each new release will fix bugs, add new features, and in general improve performance.

We advise you to thoroughly read the release notes before doing an update, for information on new features and improvements. Release Notes for latest software version can be found here

Downgrading software is not supported. Please perform a backup before updating.

If you are in doubt about any UR+ product compatibility, please get in touch with your UR+ provider for reference.

In case of concerns related to your actual or planned applications, please contact your supplier for advice and assistance.

Please consult the Service Manual for important instructions on how to perform software updates. The Service Manual can be downloaded from this website.

NOTE: Internet Explorer will in some instances automatically detect the .urup file as an .xml file due to "intelligent" MIME handling of file types. If this is the case, make sure to select Save as type: All Files and then manually enter the correct file name and extension, ie. update.10.x.x.x.urup

YOU MUST TURN ON MOTORS AFTER EVERY UPDATE INSTALLATION - THIS IS A REQUIREMENT.
