Cobots are designed to interact directly with human operators, ensuring safety through limited force and speeds. The miniPAL+™ safety features include area scanners and radar, which monitor the palletizing cell and slow the robot to collaborative speeds if a person enters. Additionally, guarding creates a physical barrier while optimizing the footprint of 10' x 11'.   Dual pallet building locations reduce downtime when one pallet load is completed and needs to be removed from the cell. The system uses 110V AC power from a standard power outlet, making it quick and easy to integrate. It can be set up and running within a day of deployment

miniPAL+ palletizes with UR20 cobot, two load building areas, infeed conveyor, and safety components. Area scanners and radar detect unauthorized access, slowing the robot to collaborative speeds for safe work and load removal without stopping the system.

Assembly is fast and easy, typically completed in a day. Set the robot base, attach the infeed conveyor, mount the arm, assemble guarding, wire the robot, calibrate it, and upload patterns via USB.
