The fasteners are stored, sorted, separated and fed through the feeding system. Step feeders, sword feeders, vibratory spiral feeders or screw presenters can be used.
Fasteners are fed via a hose or using the Pick&Place procedure. Once the fastener has reliably reached the screwdriver, the lightweight screwdriving function module moves the screwdriver to the screw position. Supervision and documentation of the processing parameters, such as torque, angle, depth, time, etc., guarantee consistently high quality and the utmost processing reliability.
