Screwdriving system for automated screw assembly including automatic feeding. The system can be combined with step, sword and vibratory spiral feeding machines, or even screw presenters. There are up to 15 different screwdriving programs available. The fastener head seating point is reliably detected using the smart screwdriving procedure DEPRAG Clamp Force Control. Automatic documentation of the processing data guarantees 100 % traceability.The URCap means the system has an intuitive user interface for the whole process - from feeding to fastener assembly. The interface guarantees smooth integration of the screwdriving system. Description
The fasteners are stored, sorted, separated and fed through the feeding system. Step feeders, sword feeders, vibratory spiral feeders or screw presenters can be used.
Fasteners are fed via a hose or using the Pick&Place procedure. Once the fastener has reliably reached the screwdriver, the lightweight screwdriving function module moves the screwdriver to the screw position. Supervision and documentation of the processing parameters, such as torque, angle, depth, time, etc., guarantee consistently high quality and the utmost processing reliability.
