Flexxbotics provides a single integrated solution that includes the hardware interfacing and software console to enable safe and secure operation of advanced robotic machine tending. 

Flexxbotics delivers powerful capabilities for setting-up and operating UR cobots with CNC machines and includes optional in-line inspection for autonomous process control with SPC. 

With Flexxbotics CNC machinery can be operated continuously by UR cobots with closed-loop coordination of cycle start/end, automated part/job program loading for robots and CNCs, and peripheral control for auto-door operation, blow-off valve triggering, and others. 

Inspection equipment can be included in-line - such as probes, lasers, vision and CMM systems - with run-time off-set updates to parameters / variables / macros to adjust for tool wear and other factors based on inspection results. 

Alerts and escalations notify personnel of stop-work to minimize downtime. Analytics and reports are included for utilization, downtime reasons, yield, OEE, and other operational areas.
