Tool I/O Extension Unit, Multi Connect

iCOM Robotics' I/O Expansion Unit are capable of expanding the Tool I/O of UR robots. The digital I/O can be expanded up to 60 points, while the analog I/O up to 30 points. With our original URCap, the expanded Tool I/O can be controlled as you like. The expansion units can establish multiple connections to various products according to the selected number of analog and digital I/O points. Complex work or workplace requirements can be supported. Up to 5 tool changes are supported. A single robot can perform multiple work by customizing multiple products.
