The ISI ROB is particularly well-suited for repetitive 3D inspections, eliminating the high costs associated with traditional physical gauges, one-time use, space occupation, and maintenance. With this system, all measurements are digitally recorded, enabling statistical analyses and seamless sharing of dimensional quality across different departments within the company.
The technology integrates a non-contact 3D scanner with a UR cobot, a turntable, and a powerful metrology software. These components work together seamlessly through Agile 3D, an application dedicated to simplifying the extraction of dimensions from even the most intricate drawings.
