It includes the robot base (fixed or 7th-axis slide), part presenter (tray or drawer system), the end-of-arm tool, redeployment solution from Flexxbotics and the Robot2CNC communication kit. 2. Receive pre-assembled or as a parts kit with remote assistance.
3. Plug into standard 110V outlet.
4. Follow step-by-step instructions for CNC integration and robot calibration.
5. Ready to run the first program.

OPERATION (up to 1 day of autonomy):
1. Fill up the infeed magazine with blanks.
2. Press play.
3. Robot runs the parts through the CNC and places them at outfeed.
4. Once infeed is empty, refill it and remove the outfeed.

MachineMotion™ - Plug & Play Motion Controller

Vention's MachineMotion™ enables plug-and-play integration of the UR arm with the entire Vention ecosystem of automated equipment, such as conveyors, range extenders, turntables, pneumatics, and more. The URCap takes less than 15 minutes to set-up and provides code-free commands to deploy robot cell peripherals in a very intuitive fashion. It includes features such as a manual jogger and a teach mode, which enable a faster, simplified workflow for entering the desired actuator positions. The MachineMotion™ controller supplies up to four external servo axes with a single controller, plus four IO modules to expand the available IOs by 16. Vention Telescopic Lift Column

The telescopic lift column is a rigid, high force column designed for heavy duty applications. Since this fully enclosed column has no pinch points, requires minimal maintenance and has a payload capacity of up to 25 kg, it can be used in a variety of applications. The efficiency of the actuator is tuned to ensure a self-locking system to be completely safe for cobot usage while minimizing friction and energy loss. The motor, sensors and drive components are all pre-installed inside the lift column, leaving only the mounting of the column to the ground or frame, the robot atop the column, and plugging the column into the controller the only steps to be fully deployed.
