Experience faster response times by placing your requests at the front of the queue, minimizing downtime for your cobots

Priority for on-site response time

On-site support will be at your location less than 1-2 working days, after you have engaged with our customer support.

UR Connect

On-site preventive maintenance

Automatic cloud backup of robot data and programs, with revision management to easily track changes and roll back if necessary.
